Maintenance Plans

Join one of our monthly Maintenance Programs (Power 10, Power 20, or Power 30) before January 1, 2013 and save significant dollars and meet more of your needs. Each level receives inital training into our support program that entails submitting tickets at your convenience. All help desk tickets are logged and managed and you have the ability to go into your account and track progress and status.

You may love managing your own site and working with MODX--great! Get a minimum of 1 hour per month of additional MODX training to further enhance your experience. OR maybe dealing with your website is a drain and a distraction from what you do best and you would rather have the enterprise, full service option--no problem! Choose the plan that's right for you. Standard Features

All plans include:

  • Access to phone and email support system
  • Content Management System upgrades
    We'll keep your site up to date with all the latest patches and features. For MODX, this only includes updates within each branch. Upgrade from Evolution to Revolution requires custom programming.
  • Training
    We know that web management isn't always easy, even with a really great CMS.  And you probably don't have time for searching through the documentation to figure out how to do something simple.  So why not equip your team even more with regular training?
  • Web hosting (optional)
    Web hosting is included in all our maintenance plans, but is not required.
  • Monthly web support (1 hour)
    All the little detail items that you want taken care of but don't want to "bother" someone with. Be covered for 1 hour a month for all the little things.
  • Monthly technical advisor support (1 hour)
    Has someone approached you with a new technical product that will meet all your wildest dreams? Give us a call and bounce it off of us--you may be looking at snake oil.
  • Maintenance plan term
    All plans are 1 year.  Contract renews automatically unless specified in writing 30 days prior to contract expiration.  Monthly maintenance fees are set up on an auto-draft for the 1st day of each month. There is a 10% discount for paying the full year in advance.

Additional Information:

  • Unused Programming Hours
    Any unused programming or content management hours roll over from month to month. All unused hours expire at the end of your one year term.
  • Overage
    Any time spent over and above the allotted programming or content management hours in a month will be billed at our current rate of $150/hr.
